I used the PlayStation timestamp for the hour because it includes a timezone. Steam's store line only prints 20 Oct, 2026. I am not inventing a per-country unlock minute beyond 13:00 UTC.

Is it out on Xbox the same day?

Yes. The press release and the Xbox page both use 20 October 2026.

What about the French date de sortie?

20 octobre 2026, 13:00 UTC.

Was the announce date 23 or 27 February?

The studio news index says 27 February 2026. One outlet wrote 23 February. I follow the studio.
