Demo dates, content and status
The demo is gone. Steam app 4421200 returns no store page. It ran on Steam only, first for about a week from 9 April 2026 and again from 15 June to 3 August 2026. This page is a recap, not a download.
What I checked
I requested appdetails for 4421200 and got success:false. I then matched the two windows against the April demo press release and the Steam news notes collected on 22 October 2026. I did not time the demo myself, so I am not printing a length.
The two windows
The first demo started on 9 April 2026 and was over by 17 April. One write-up says 16 April and the studio thank-you post is dated 17 April, so I say it lasted one week and had ended by 17 April.
The second window opened on 15 June 2026 for Steam Next Fest and the studio said it would come down on 3 August 2026.

What the demo was not
It was never on PS5 or Xbox. It is not a way to play the full game. Patch 0.9.1 on 10 April 2026 added a DirectX 11 safe mode for AMD crashes, turned VSync off by default, removed MSAA and warmed shaders. That patch history is about the demo build, not a promise about the launch build.
If you want to play now, buy the full game. I am not linking mirrors.
Questions
Can I still install the demo?
No. The Steam app id no longer resolves.
How long was the demo?
The studio did not publish a duration. I am not inventing one.
Did the demo include the whole story?
No. The April press release limits it to the Norcek opening and three puzzles.
